SEN and the postcode lottery
Case study 17: This case study discusses the issue of the postcode lottery of provision and the methods the Regional Partnerships have historically used to redress this problem. It also describes the pilot regional centres of expertise being developed across England by the Regional Partnerships to meet the needs of pupils with low-incidence SEN.
