Leadership (secondary)
What is it? A register of over 200 schools around the country that can provide one-to-one support and advice on ICT.
How can it help? First-hand experience from fellow professionals who have already faced the issues your school may be facing.
What is it? Builds on the successful Naacemark awarded to schools who have achieved a certain level of ICT competency. The Self-review framework developed by Becta will ultimately lead to this new ICT Mark.
How can it help? Demonstrates to a school and its community the achievement it has made in delivering an effective ICT strategy. Will act as a benchmark and support for other schools.
What is it? A programme which enables schools to identify where they are on the road to successfully using ICT within their school. Developed by Becta in conjunction with key partners including the National Strategies, NCSL (National College for School Leadership) and Ofsted.
How can it help? Shows schools where they are on the road to becoming an 'e-confident' school, and the practical steps they can take to progress further.
