Professional development records

Of course, it is important to keep track of your achievements and professional development experiences. One useful method is to produce a professional development record, once you have worked through the Standards Framework.

To help you on your way, you can download guidance on producing a professional development record. The use of this guidance is entirely voluntary. It is designed simply as a tool to help teachers reflect on and plan their learning and development.

Build an e-portfolio

Additional help is available at Keeping Track, part of TeacherNet's dedicated Professional and Career Development support tool. This resource lets you build and maintain a professional electronic portfolio.
