School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document 2004 and Guidance on School Teachers' Pay and Conditions
A word version of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document 2004 which came into force on 1 September 2004 is now available to view online.
We will shortly add our explanatory notes on the 2004 Pay Document (which will be available in the Welsh language) amended to reflect the 2004 pay changes, aimed at heads, governors and LEAs and a model pay policy, also amended to reflect the 2004 pay changes.
