The Education (Grants) (Travellers and Displaced Persons) Regulations 1993 (SI 1993 No. 569) and its amending regulations: the Education (Grants) (Travellers and Displaced Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (SI 1995 No. 543) and the Education (Education Standards etc. Grants) (England) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999 No. 606) are available from The Stationery Office Ltd.

The Education (Pupil Registration) Regulations 1995 (SI 1995 No. 2089) as amended by The Education (Pupil Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 (SI 1997 No. 2624) allows dual registration of Traveller children.
