Higher education
Important changes have occurred in the world of Higher Education with particular reference to fees and student support (England only). Although the Higher Education Bill was passed into law on July 1 2004, changes to fees will only begin to affect students attending university from September 2006.
Students going to university this academic year, from September 2004, will not be affected by the changes to fees.
